IBG Innovationsfond GmbH & Co. KG (IBG innovation fund)
This fund invests predominantly in technology-oriented business concepts in the start-up phase. The fund of about 40 million euro is fully contributed. The revolving fund invests its proceeds in Saxony-Anhalt and neighbouring economic areas. Fund allocation is realized as straight-equity, convertibles and/or mezzanine partnerships. The duration of the participation is usually between 5 and 10 years. The Fund seeks minority partnerships up to 24.9 %.
IBG Risikokapitalfonds I GmbH & Co. KG (IBG venture capital fund I)
This revolving fund of about 180 million euro size is fully contributed (04.2009) and invests exclusively in the territory of Saxony-Anhalt. Investments with a total volume of up to 10 million euro per company are provided in different round financings. Fund allocation is realized as straight-equity, convertibles and/or mezzanine partnerships. The duration of the participation is usually between 5 and 10 years. The Fund seeks minority partnerships up to 24.9 %. The fund invests in technology-oriented projects in seed- and start-up phases as well as in expansion phases.
IBG Risikokapitalfonds II GmbH & Co. KG (IBG venture capital fund II)
This revolving fund with an initial target volume of about 80 million euro is active since 05.2009. Investment focus and conditions are identical to IBG Risikokapitalfonds I GmbH & Co KG.
