We are looking for entrepreneurial ideas giving new and sustainable solutions to important questions and needs of people around the world in the future.

We invest in technology-oriented, innovative companies and projects. GoodVent strives for success being engaged with start-up companies but is looking at established SMEs with new products or new procedures as well.

We primarily focus our investments in areas like life sciences, advanced mechanical engineering, coating technology, chemistry and process engineering, energy- and environmental related technologies as well as new materials.

We prefer clearly differentiated and promising projects with equity investments of up to 10 million euro in different financing phases. We generally realize minority participations. Together with other seasoned equity partners we enter into higher investment volumes as well.

The duration of our partnership depends on specific requirements of the project and the corresponding milestones in the investment process. Usually after 5 to 10 years we finish our participation - enough time for people and ideas to develop successfully.

A comprehensive and illusive business plan describes the way from vision to entrepreneurial reality.We carefully analyse critical success factors and assess the risks accompanied with them, i.e. potency of differentiation in technology and/or business model, underlying market dynamics and especially qualification and motivation of the management team.
